Vanilla Gelato Pint

First time to this restaurant for myself and my wife. Service was excellent. Ambience excellent. The food very good. My wife had the chicken quesadilla which she said was excellent. I had the hamburger which was very enjoyable. The only thing I would criticise is the burger patty could have a little more fat in it to give it a bit more moistness. Very hard to give that criticism as it was still a very nice burger and we will definitely return for more meals there. Also, the coffee's were excellent. I look forward to returning.

For people who like calamari, and always disappointed with soggy flour and separated from the squid, Chapter 55 makes them perfectly. Crispy skin and stays to the squid. The truffle pasta and the sea bass are very nice. Portion of the pasta is big. So too full to try the dessert.

The restaurant seems to be under staffs. We were trying to wave to them to place or order but no one notice us. Then we realised that we need to place our order directly at the cashier. They could have told us when they seated us. Anyway, came here for their weekday 1-1 but realised it was a public holiday eve and offer do not applies. We were in great disappointment. Nevertheless the food is great.

Good food... great deal when there is 1 for 1 during lunch hours.

Very pleasant customer service experience. Ongoing 1 for 1 lunch promotions on a wide variety of their menu offers a delightful opportunity to experience the product quality and depth of their extensive menu although only selected items are eligible for the 1 for 1 promotion. Different pasta remain al dente after reheating upon reaching home. Freshly made pizzas are simply delicious and travel well too, for those of us taking out or ordering delivery. Would be wonderful if the promotion could be rotated across the extensive menu to showcase the other items during this temporary operating conditions. It would definitely increase the turnover thus delivering the freshest consistently. In any case, 3 thumbs up for Chapter 55 and the entire team. Cheers!

I enjoyed their beer and pizza very much. Ambience is comfortable and good place for catch up/chit chat. Staffs are all nice 🙂 will definitely revisit this place. Oh yes, we were having their 1 for 1 promotion
